OUR POLICIES

 

  • REFUNDS:  WE ONLY PROVIDE REFUNDS IF WE HAVE YET TO START WORKING ON YOUR DESIGNS.  IN OTHER WORDS, IF WE HAVE NOT STARTED THE WORK & YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP FOR A REFUND.  OTHERWISE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON BECAUSE WE REQUIRE COMPENSATION FOR ANY WORK/EFFORT THAT WE PUT IN!  However, we will not stop working with you until you are completely satisfied with the concepts that we have provided to you. 

  • TIME FRAMES:  We understand that you are on a time schedule, but please understand that so are we.  We work with no less than 50 clients per week.  Therefore, we cannot always respond back within minutes, hours or even sometimes days.  That is why we require 3-4 business days (not counting weekends/holidays) to get back to you.  This is something that we ask you to keep in mind PRIOR to purchasing services from us.

  • TURN AROUND TIMES:  All time frames are approx., and while we will do our very best to be sure that all time frames are met, we cannot account for things that happen beyond our control.  Therefore, please allow yourselves a little extra time before setting launch dates to ensure that everything is finalized.

 

  • COMMUNICATION:  Also, while it may be a little inconvenient for some, our method of contact is by email (not through social media messages, and not through phone calls).  We have our reasons for this, and we will not stray away from our policies (unless it is at our own discretion).  However, if this does not work for you (and we completely understand), then we encourage you to seek graphic design assistance from a company whose policies are more in line with your needs.

  • TRANSFERRING SERVICE:  Service(s) cannot be transferred from one service to another (or from person to person) once we have started working.  In other words, if we have put in work on a logo and you decide that you no longer want the logo but would like to apply the credit to another service, we will not do that. However, if we have not yet started working on your purchased service yet, and you decide that you would like to switch services, then we can definitely do that for you (just let us know asap).

  • FORFEITING SERVICES:  If you happen to "disappear" for 3 months or longer (prior to your service being finalized), you will forfeit your service & any money paid to us (unless you have been in contact with us during that time & we are aware of your circumstances).

  • GO ELSEWHERE:  While we appreciate all of our clients, we are not by any means willing to tolerate disrespect.  Respect & professionalism is a two-way street.  So please treat others how you would like to be treated because we will refrain from working with disrespectful, unprofessional or difficult clients.
